It is state wrestling season in Iowa, which is, apparently, a HUGE deal. I’ve been told that smaller towns plan their year (trips to the big city, time off of work, shopping excursions, etc.) around this. The day that I went, I only had two kids to focus on (I shoot for the local zoned sections), so I thought I would make a soundslides of what it is like to be a referee at this event.
