I had hoped to write a post about my trip back to LA to watch my first Dodgers’ Opening Day. Unfortunately, most of the photos I took appear to be corrupt, so there will be no scenes of sunny beaches, palm trees, downtown skylines, mochi at Sakuraya, the soft shell dog jacket I saw at the Manhattan Beach REI, or my dog playing in the backyard.
I have to say, I knew I was home because, while in the baggage claim at LAX there was Cobra Starship hoping their equipment made it off the plane safely. I’m not exactly sure how famous they are or not, but everyone could really care less and just wanted to get going I’m sure.
I did manage to salvage these clips from Opening Day…

Oh and, guess what I was greeted to when I returned back to Iowa?
